Job Summary

Conduct patient care duties in the Progressive Care Unit as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to gain hands-on experience before formal training. Work shifts from 1800-0630, three to twelve hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holiday schedules. Receive mentorship and support from dedicated healthcare professionals while acclimating to the hospital environment. This program offers financial assistance for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) education, combining work experience with coursework guidance to help you thrive in the healthcare setting.

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • OSHA Category I - Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues require use of techniques of Universal Precautions as evidenced with blood borne pathogens standards
