Coordinate patient care and treatment under the supervision of physical therapists across all skill and age levels, fostering a professional, welcoming environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and optimal outcomes. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, including PTs, PTAs, and aides, to deliver a high-quality "WOW" experience while demonstrating care, compassion, and empathy. Actively seek feedback, ask for help, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn within a dynamic, growing clinical setting.
