Patient Care Aide ( Days )

Assist nursing staff in providing care for patients in accordance with identified treatment plans. Measure vital signs, monitor patient health, and assist with everyday needs. Communicate with nursing supervisors and clinical staff regarding treatment and status. Record treatment activities and patient observations accurately in patient records. Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe, sanitary environment using infection control techniques. Adhere to all policies regarding patient information protection and HIPAA. Maintain knowledge of applicable medical procedures and nursing care based on company policy and state guidelines. Obtain and maintain CPR certification within the first six months of employment. Interact with patients, co-workers, and vendors professionally and respectfully in a residential treatment facility setting.
