Patient Care Aide - Acute Medical Care Unit III - FT - 3rd Shift

Provide basic nursing care to patients within the Patient Care Aide scope of practice, addressing psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and physical needs. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes while explaining care procedures to patients and families. Respond to emergencies or physically distressful situations and maintain documentation meeting current standards and policies. Organize priorities and manage multiple tasks within the rapidly changing environment of Acute Medical Care Unit III, working under the direction of RN/LPN staff.
