Patient Care Aide - Acute Medical Care Unit III - FT - 1st Shift

Provide direct patient care within the Patient Care Aide scope of practice, addressing psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and physical needs while maintaining standards. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and explain care procedures to patients and families prior to administration. Respond to emergencies or physically distressful situations and document all interactions according to current standards and policies. Organize priorities and manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and accountability for resource utilization. Work under the direction of RN/LPN staff in the Acute Medical Care Unit III.
