Patient Care Aide - Acute Medical Care Unit II - PRN - 3rd Shift

Provide basic nursing care to patients within the Patient Care Aide scope of practice, addressing psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and physical needs while adhering to standards of care for specific age groups. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and explain care procedures to patients and families before administration. Respond to emergencies or physically distressful situations, maintain accurate documentation meeting current standards, and ensure appropriate resource utilization. Work flexible shifts under RN/LPN direction, adapting to rapidly changing environments and managing multiple priorities.
