Patient Care Aide - Acute Medical Care Unit I - FT - 1st Shift

Provide basic nursing care to patients within the Patient Care Aide scope of practice, addressing psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and physical needs. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes while explaining care procedures to patients and families. Respond to emergency or physically distressful situations and maintain documentation meeting current standards and policies. Organize priorities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment under the direction of the RN/LPN. Work the first shift in the Acute Medical Care Unit I.
