Job Summary
Patient Care Advisor at Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa delivers a premium retail experience for medical cannabis patients, caregivers, Holistic Pharmacy and Spa clients, and the public. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product education and purchasing, managing loyalty program points, learning POS/SOPs, promoting compliant product sales, inventory checks, restocking, labeling, packaging bulk flower, maintaining the online menu, and ensuring an elevated, compliant customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. Requires strong guest service, product knowledge of cannabis and health benefits, ability to educate patients, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory procedures. Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet state background-check requirements (Maryland and Missouri).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Cannabis/retail/guest service experience or equivalent
- Ability to comply with HIPAA and MCA/DHSS regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years old
