Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical-card benefits, providing clear explanations of the EEOICPA/RECA programs. Accurately input and maintain patient records using strong computer skills and CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, authorized representatives, and internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and professional representation. This entry-level role in the Experience Department focuses on offering exceptional patient assistance and collaborating across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with EEOICPA/RECA programs or a willingness to undergo training
- Prior customer service experience, especially in telephone communication
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems (or willingness and ability to learn)
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Must pass a criminal background check
