Patient Appointment Scheduler

Patient Appointment Scheduler role supporting Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in a remote-capable position. Responsibilities include accepting incoming patient phone calls and using scheduling software to book appointments, triaging patient needs for timeliness based on pre-determined criteria, assigning patients to appropriate physicians, handling appointment requests, outbound scheduling calls, gathering and updating insurance and personal data, communicating with providers and staff to meet scheduling needs, meeting call quotas, and monitoring the Scheduling Department inbox.
