Patient Appointment Aide

Accompany residents to outside medical appointments and provide companionship and support during transport; communicate professionally with healthcare providers and facility staff; assist with appointment paperwork and basic coordination; maintain resident dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications note that no certification or licensure is required, and a compassionate, patient demeanor with reliable transportation and punctuality are valued. Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a plus but not required.
