Job Summary
Guide patients through a consultative dental implant treatment journey, educate on procedures and financing, conduct follow-up, drive referrals, and collaborate with clinical/administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience; leverage CRM for outreach and relationship-building, while achieving patient care and performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- preferably in direct-to-consumer consultative sales
- Dental or healthcare office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
- Strong organization and consistent follow-up skills
- Experience using contact tracking or CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
