Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of patient advocate staff within Ayr Wellness' retail dispensary to ensure compliant, high-quality patient/customer service and operational performance. Oversee daily dispensary operations, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and financial reporting, while coaching staff, ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance, and maintaining SOP adherence. Responsible for scheduling, staff development, patient education programs, and communicating incidents to leadership. Emphasizes patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, product traceability, and a patient-friendly environment in a Florida medical cannabis dispensary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 Years of Age
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years experience
- Pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
