Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily operations of the dispensary, partnering with the Store Manager to hire and develop a team of patient advocates passionate about cannabis. Train staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and compliance with state/local regulations. Manage inventory accuracy, cash handling, KPI tracking, and daily financial reporting. Ensure patient education, high-quality customer service, and a patient-friendly environment; maintain confidentiality of protected health information; and stay updated on regulatory requirements while monitoring competitive landscape and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pass Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
- Ability to pass background check and comply with HIPAA/privacy requirements
