Patient Advocate Team Lead

Job Summary
Oversee daily retail operations of a licensed medical marijuana dispensary, including managing patient advocate staff, administering routine inspections, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Provide excellent customer service while coaching team members, developing schedules, and handling daily financial reporting and cash procedures. Train staff on company standard operating procedures, product knowledge, and HIPAA privacy protocols, and communicate patient incidents or high-risk complaints to the Operations Director. Maintain store cleanliness and safety, escort patients with disabilities, and ensure full compliance with state and local regulations. Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to operate POS systems efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 Years of Age
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently with employees, customers, government agencies, and the public
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be able to escort and assist patients with disabilities in navigating the dispensary, consultation couches, registers, entrances and exits
- Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position when checking in patients or when operating the register
- Must be able to observe and assess patient entry via cameras and inspect patient IDs upon entry
- Must be able to constantly positions self throughout sales transaction by maintaining the computer/POS, collecting product and retail bags
- Must be able to constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs. throughout the dispensary
