Job Summary
Lead the patient advocate team at a Florida medical cannabis dispensary, overseeing daily operations and patient/customer needs in collaboration with the Store Manager. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, training on company SOPs and cannabis product knowledge, maintaining compliance with state and local rules, performing routine inventory inspections, managing patient education and counseling programs, overseeing cash handling and financial reporting, developing staff schedules, and ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA education. Emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, driving KPIs, maintaining product traceability, and sustaining a patient-friendly store environment. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage relationships with staff, customers, government agencies, and the public.
