Job Summary
Oversee the Patient Advocate Team responsible for outbound calls to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality financial assistance. Manage daily operations by assisting the Revenue Manager with scheduling, annual evaluations, counseling, interviewing candidates, approving time cards, and handling hiring and discipline. Ensure all team members maintain active Pharmacy Technician licenses and adhere to strict compliance standards. This role requires strong communication skills, poise, and the ability to handle sensitive situations autonomously. Candidates must possess at least six years of pharmacy-related experience and demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license
- Must have knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy clerical and pharmacy technician responsibilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Some out of town travel may be required
- Generally, the work days and hours follow the Company's standard work week

Desired Qualifications
- AA, BA or BS
- At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy or in a related area
- Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in state of employment
