Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of BPO experience supporting patients or medical operations
  • Professional experience in healthcare environments such as telehealth, pharmacy operations, or provider practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize independently
  • Exceptional written communication skills for asynchronous messaging; empathetic patient-facing communication
  • Experience coordinating with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, pharmacy partners, and insurance stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with EHRs and multi-system medical workflows
  • Ability to resolve novel patient situations and escalate appropriately
