Job Summary
Screen and assist self-pay patients with eligibility for government and non-government programs, perform financial clearance and assist with applications for benefits; conduct interviews, document activities, follow up on government applications, and perform skip-tracing/field visits to support patient financial assistance and program eligibility; bilingual (Spanish) preferred; requires strong communication, Windows/Outlook/Excel/Word skills, and ability to travel within hospital settings to bedside patients.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience with Social Services or Hospital Admitting or related area
