Job Summary
Patient Advocate role in Ayr Wellness dispensaries focused on delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Responsibilities include explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products, resolving customer questions, coordinating orders via POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies, maintaining a clean and engaged dispensary environment, contributing to meeting day-to-day sales targets, supporting management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace, and performing duties as assigned by the Manager/Store Lead. Requires staying compliant with state policies, passing background checks, and flexibility for varied shifts. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; 1-3 years cannabis retail or related customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years’ experience in a cannabis retail setting preferred
- Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
