Job Summary
Provide personalized product guidance and resolve customer inquiries by explaining Premium Cannabis benefits and communicating unresolved concerns to management. Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems while maintaining compliance with state policies. Meet daily sales targets through tailored product suggestions and assist management in ensuring regulatory and operational procedures are followed. Keep the dispensary stocked, clean, and tidy, and transport products up to 30 lbs throughout the store. Adhere to all cannabis agency regulations and accommodate varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position when checking in customers or when operating the register
- Must be able to twist, turn, bend, stand and walk as required to perform the duties associated to functioning as a dispensary agent
- Must be able to transport dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
