Job Summary
Patient Advocate at Ayr Wellness provides our customers with an extraordinary experience in a cannabis retail environment. Responsibilities include explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products, using POS and inventory systems, resolving customer questions quickly, meeting daily and team sales targets, assisting management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are followed, maintaining a clean and guest-ready dispensary, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere. The role requires customer-focused, relationship-building skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to operate as part of a team to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
