Job Summary
Coordinate medication access for patients by proactively contacting doctors' offices to obtain and maintain current prescriptions while guiding them through insurance processes on the phone. Manage sensitive health data with absolute precision to ensure all interactions and records adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards. Serve as the vital link between patients, medical offices, and drug manufacturers to remove financial barriers to their health. Requires a degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health, night shift reliability in EST, and a dedicated private workspace. Includes comprehensive HMO coverage, overtime pay, night differential, and 13th month pay.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health (Medical Technology, Biology, etc.)
- Strong grasp of medical terminology
- Ability to be alert and professional during night shifts (EST)
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems, data input screens, and reporting tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite) simultaneously
- Dedicated, private, and quiet workspace
