Job Summary
Answer inbound calls with personalized, professional customer service and conduct outbound campaigns to communicate program enrollment and adherence requirements. Manage a patient book of business to ensure compliance, accurately update Salesforce statuses, and identify challenges for process improvements. Comply with HIPAA privacy standards and meet call center metric goals while supporting a conducive team environment. Work Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, on a hybrid schedule after initial in-office training.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of call center experience, preferably pharmacy call center
- Professional level skills in computer use, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboard skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, specifically in accordance with organizational and program policies and procedures
- Ability to work in customer care and provide professional level service
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from culturally diverse publics
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization in a working from home office
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
