Job Summary
Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls, schedule appointments and follow-up visits, and collect basic patient information using the electronic records system. Monitor physician schedules and procedures, assist with office location directions, and handle rescheduling needs or message relay. Provide excellent customer service etiquette while administering business functions. This full-time role in our Southpark office includes Monday-Friday 9am-5pm hours with competitive pay, bonuses, and health benefits. Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is preferred, along with Nextech (EMR) familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years working in a medical office environment
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

- Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is preferred
- Nextech (EMR) experience preferred
