Job Summary
Patient Acquisition Specialist within Mood Health's Sales organization acts as the initial contact for prospective patients from partner clinics, guiding them through the scheduling process, answering questions about availability and insurance, and proactively following up with referrals. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or a customer facing sales role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathetic and comfortable speaking with people who may feel nervous or unsure
- Ability to work weekends when needed
- Experience with scheduling or support tools such as Hubspot is helpful
- Familiarity with HIPAA and strong respect for patient privacy
