Job Summary
Generate patient invoices, track incoming payments, and set up payment plans. Process refunds, identify and resolve account discrepancies, and negotiate overdue balances to recover funds. Educate families on benefit structures and financial obligations while addressing billing concerns. Perform detailed follow-up activities on assigned accounts and prioritize work accurately and efficiently. Requires 2-5 years of Patient AR experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Central Reach, and Paragon. Hybrid schedule in Austin, Texas with a competitive salary of $40,000-$45,000.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Patient AR experience
- Must be able to report in person to our Headquarters located in Austin, TX
- Be prepared to discuss past accomplishments and experience
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred
- Proficient in using computer applications like Excel and Word
- Experience with Central Reach and Paragon
