Patient Account Representative

The role performs patient financial service functions within the Rev Cycle team, including scanning, filing, reviewing correspondence, reviewing third-party and patient billing, and resolving billing questions. Responsibilities cover billing, claims filing, data entry, charge entry, insurance follow-up, denial management, payment posting, customer service, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Requires attention to detail, ability to read/write, and strong communication and organizational skills. Education required is a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of revenue cycle experience. The position is full-time and located in Clinton, MS, at the Central Billing Office, with standard in-person duties and office environment expectations.
