Job Summary
The Patient Account Representative – Self Pay - Patient Relations handles inbound and outbound calls to patients and insurers to resolve accounts, following client policies and procedures. Responsibilities include account reviews, EOB knowledge, assisting with policy statuses and insurance verifications, updating patient demographics, initiating account adjustments, and responding to inquiries via phone and mail. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, independence in project work, and PC skills (Word/Excel). The position is based Monday–Friday in our Lewisville, TX office (also open to San Antonio, TX if local) with an 8:00 AM–5:30 PM CT shift. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience
- 0-2+ years working within healthcare, insurance, business, finance or customer service
