Job Summary
Manage patient billing and collection issues by working directly with patients, handling return checks, credit card payments, and processing insurance correspondence. Process aged reports, data entry for physician receipts, and file MVA and PIP claims while appealing incorrectly processed claims. Assist with staff training, proof and mail paper claims, and manage bankruptcy notices and attorney charges. Travel between offices as requested to support operations. Requires previous medical office experience, knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, and ability to work under pressure.

Desired Qualifications
