Patient Account Registrar

Interview patients or authorized representatives to gather accurate demographic and insurance information, then verify eligibility, benefits, and required authorizations. Enter and retrieve patient data using computerized systems while communicating clearly with patients across all age groups using age-appropriate techniques. Support Admitting department operations, including reception, PBX functions, and special assignments. This role requires previous hospital experience as an admissions representative, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong customer service skills. Weekend shifts are available at Dallas Medical Center in Farmers Branch, TX.
