Collaborate with the Admitting department, PBX operator, and reception areas while inputting and retrieving data using a computer. Utilize age-specific communication techniques for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations while maintaining proficiency in medical terminology. This part-time day shift role at Saint Michael's Medical Center, a 358-bed tertiary-care center in Newark, NJ, supports the Heart and Vascular Institute's comprehensive cardiac treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Services experience
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
