Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Patient Account Associate for a long-term contract position within the Hospital Revenue Cycle Department. Responsibilities include resolution and collection of third-party accounts and maintaining patient confidentiality while handling a high volume workload. Training is initially on-site for two weeks, then transitions to flexible remote hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Hospital Insurance Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
