Patient Access Tech

Greet, instruct, and direct patients and visitors upon arrival to the service area. Facilitate the revenue cycle process by conducting pre-registration, verifying insurance policies, collecting co-payments, entering authorization data, and handling billing inquiries. Provide coverage to assigned registration locations based on operational needs and collaborate with various departments on patient access information. Perform accurate data collection, documentation, and retrieval using computerized systems. Travel to varying work locations as needed.
