Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary
Perform accurate and timely data entry to create and update patient accounts and service cases. Assist customers and internal support teams with overflow inquiries and issue resolution. Review and update patient information based on documentation from medical billers while navigating multiple web-based systems, CRMs, and internal software tools. Deliver professional, empathetic communication in high-volume, time-sensitive scenarios and follow established workflows while remaining flexible to business needs. Schedule includes full-time multiple shifts: M-F 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm, or 11:30am-8pm. Required Qualifications
- Strong and accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Professional computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRMs, and web-based tools
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced setting
- A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to accept and implement coaching to continuously improve
- Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Healthcare Services, or Customer Service
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-volume environments requiring quick decision-making
- Detail-oriented
- Motivated by helping others
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment
