Patient Access Specialist - Oconto Falls PRN

Patient Access Specialist handles admitting duties, assigns MRNs, conducts medical necessity and eligibility checks, collects insurance information, processes orders, and uses ABN software while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include pre-registration of patient accounts, distributing and explaining consent and education forms, entering benefit data to support POS and billing processes, auditing and reporting, and ensuring accuracy to support a clean claim rate. The role requires completing CRCR within 9 months of hire and having at least 1 year of customer service experience. This is an on-site PRN position with flexible coverage for OP and ER shifts.
