Process bedside admissions using workstations or downtime workflows while ensuring all financial assessments and eligibility data are correct. Resolve patient accounts by clearing departmental workqueues and adhere to end-of-day business processing standards for cash analysis. Maintain HIPAA compliance when discussing confidential patient information and cross-cover registration duties as needed. Travel to other locations to support the Patient Financial Services department. Complete mandatory training, attend scheduled meetings, and maintain flexibility for schedule changes.
