Patient Access Specialist

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, families, and referral sources inquiring about DeCoach's treatment programs. Conduct initial screenings to determine the appropriate level of care and coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including gathering documentation, verifying insurance benefits, and obtaining pre-authorizations. Provide detailed information about services, treatment options, and the recovery process while maintaining accurate records in the admissions database. Collaborate with clinical, medical, and outreach teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to admission and to follow up on leads. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm at the Sharonville location.
