Job Summary
Manage patient access operations by collecting payments and supporting daily inquiries with strong computer skills. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate billing processes. Knowledge of Medicare and health insurance is a plus for handling complex insurance-related tasks. This full-time role includes standard day hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with every fifth weekend rotation from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
