Patient Access Representative | Valley City Clinic | 40 hrs/wk

As a Patient Access Representative, provide extraordinary customer service to patients as the first point of contact, greeting patients and verifying demographics, collecting co-payments and payments, and handling documents and signatures. Coordinate scheduling with nursing teams and providers, obtain referrals and pre-authorizations, arrange interpreter services, and manage intake duties such as check-in/out, multi-line phone operations, and recall/waitlist tasks. Handle registration work queues, assist with patient financial arrangements, maintain charts and health information, and support telemedicine appointments. Strong emphasis on customer service, medical terminology, and organizational skills to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience at Sanford Health’s Valley City clinic.
