Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information to patients and stakeholders, and guide callers to appropriate resources. Manage appointment scheduling using EHR, verify patient information and insurance details, confirm details with callers, and document inquiries and actions taken. Maintain accurate records, ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance, and follow scripts and guidelines. Participate in cross-training, assist with onboarding of new staff, and collaborate with teams across clinics to support efficient patient access operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a call/contact center, customer service, or healthcare setting preferred
