Patient Access Representative

Job Summary
Provide front-desk patient access duties across multiple office locations: check patients in/out, verify insurance information and eligibility, have patients complete necessary documentation, collect copays, schedule follow-up visits, and provide coverage relief in other local offices as needed. Requires EMR experience (NextGen preferred) and strong multitasking, communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Role based in Princeton Medical Group’s outpatient offices with a fully in-person, office-based environment; schedule includes weekday hours with occasional extended evening, one Saturday per month, and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of prior experience as a medical office front desk staff required
- Prior experience working with insurances/verifying insurance eligibility
- Experience working with an EMR system (NextGen preferable)
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication & organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
