Patient Access Representative - PM shift

Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors to testing and surgical areas in a courteous manner, providing necessary information to promote understanding of procedures and the hospital environment. Obtain and verify required patient information for registration systems while maintaining confidentiality and keeping work areas orderly. Coordinate patient transport or arrange transportation as needed, manage department communications via phone and email, and make immediate changes to information collection procedures. Act as a preceptor for new hires to provide required education. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Work the 11:30am to 12:00am shift every other weekend, 36 hours per week.
