Job Summary
Facilitates the patient admission and discharge process, completes and verifies registration information, and collects the patient’s financial responsibility. Provides clerical support, enters status changes in the computer, and performs routine tasks within established guidelines. Schedules and coordinates patient appointments, confirms appointments, and provides instructions. Requires high school education or GED; associate/technical degree preferred. Vaccinations are required for associates; E-Verify participation is required. Located in Kailua, Adventist Health Castle, O‘ahu, Hawai‘i; hospital and outpatient services context with emphasis on administrative and front-desk responsibilities.
