Job Summary
Facilitates the patient admission and discharge process, collects patient information and financial data, coordinates and confirms appointments, performs clerical duties, updates patient information in the system, and provides support within defined guidelines for outpatient services at Adventist Health Sonora.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Essential Functions: patient admission and discharge process, collection of patient information and financial data, clerical tasks, schedules and coordinates appointments, verifies information, follows procedures
