Patient Access Representative

Greet patients promptly and professionally, answering incoming calls and collecting copayments while ensuring accurate registration data entry into the EMR. Prepare next-day appointments by verifying eligibility, benefits, and patient status, then review forms with patients to complete records. Reconcile daily payments against system batches, compile reports, and schedule follow-up appointments or tests as needed. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality, organize the workspace, and travel to other OrthoNY locations for coverage when required.
