Job Summary
Patient Access Representative will greet and direct patients and families, assist with accessibility needs including arranging transportation, verify and enter patient information into the registration system, maintain confidentiality of medical information, communicate clearly to promote understanding of procedures, and serve as a preceptor for new hires while performing other duties as assigned in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field
