Job Summary

The Patient Access Representative I or II will verify patient identity, ensure accurate data entry in the electronic health record, and manage patient financial conversations. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant healthcare experience, with a preference for customer service skills. Certification requirements include CHAA and CPR certification within six months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One to two years patient registration experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CHAA Certified Healthcare Access Associate (Required for Patient Access Representative II)
Desired Qualifications
- Customer Service experience preferred.
