Job Summary
Schedule all patient appointments and ensure referrals are obtained. Meet or exceed expected productivity and accuracy standards while greeting patients, families, and visitors to provide a positive first impression. Complete registration and discharge activities, including co-payment collection, MyChart activation, and insurance verification. Schedule discharge follow-up appointments and tests. Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow, and ongoing care. Actively engage in activities to enhance the patient experience, including encouraging patient satisfaction surveys. Float in one or more Centers. Work Tuesday through Friday from midnight to 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Flu vaccines are required
- This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana
