Job Summary
Greet, interview, and guide patients and family members through the registration process at Heritage Valley Health System. Collect and enter demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate hospital records and facilitate billing. Combine ancillary schedules for all patients and assist users with the automated check-in process via patient kiosks. This role operates within a 24/7 department requiring flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and across campuses. Full-time hours are required with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive first impression for the Health System.
